The Service Professionals Group (SPG) caters for the interests of managers involved with the provision of services to customers primarily in high-tech industries like IT, telecommunications, medical instrumentation, scientific equipment, printing and logistics. If you are involved with field service, customer support, a call centre, helpdesk or customer service department, you've come to the right place!

The SPG will present a series of speakers to keep you updated on the latest trends in technolgy , systems and skills, to provide best practice in service and support. It will also give you the opportunity to network extensively with other professionals in the services industry to share your experiences and learn from others who have faced similar challenges to your own.

SPG will meet on six Monday evenings throughout the year.
