At AIM we understand how hard it can be to find time to complete further study while holding down a full-time job. To assist you, we offer flexible learning approaches that enable you to build your own qualification according to your needs and availability. We offer over 75 short courses that cover a wide range of topics, all designed to enhance practical workplace skills. They can be taken as one-off courses, or alternatively, you can choose to use our building block approach and build upon our short courses to earn a qualification. Click here to visit the AIM online course directoryThe AIM building block approach The AIM building block approach provides the advantage of being able to credit selected previously completed AIM short courses towards your qualification. You may also qualify for credit for prior work experience or formal study through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). This means, if you have already achieved the units of competence of a short course, you will not have to repeat these modules of the program. You will therefore finish your qualification earlier and attend fewer days of training. Your current level of experience and previous education are used to determine your level of credit. The qualifications offered by AIM in 2008 include: Graduate Diploma of Management
