Professional Development Program

There are probably two things that you can be sure of in the business world of tomorrow: One it’s only going to get tougher and Two you can never afford to stop learning.

The Australian Institute of Management is here to assist you to live, learn and lead in the knowledge age, as part of your Membership benefit and in response to Members request we have introduced in 2004 a multi-purpose Professional Development Voucher that new and renewing Professional Members may use to assist with professional development. The AIM Professional development Program helps you stay ahead by recognizing your Professional Development Activities by awarding Members an AIM Professional Development Certificate after completion of the PD Hours required.

This voucher entitles you to one of the following:

• One Day of Training on any course*
• One attendance at the Outstanding Women’s Breakfast
  Be inspired by the unique journeys by some of Australia’s most outstanding Women.
• One Attendance at a Special Interest Group evening session.
  These groups offer many varied benefits ranging from improved work practices, gaining access to expert speakers, personal and professional development and networking.
• 1 Hour of Research by the AIM Library Team
  Let the experts deliver the business background you need, this voucher can be used to give you one hour worth of research.
• One attendance at a Business Breakfast or Regional Event**
  Come along and hear Local and International Leaders in Business discuss a range of management topics.

* Places are limited to two voucher bearers per course, where the course duration is two days the voucher can be redeemed against one day only you will be required to pay for the second day.
** The PD Voucher may not be used in conjunction with some breakfasts and/or events.

However you choose to use your voucher we trust you will gain great benefit from all that is on offer at AIM in 2004. Your voucher will be valid from date of Membership renewal for 12 months. (your blue and grey voucher will still be valid until the date of expiry)

The Voucher will be sent each year on renewal of membership and is valid for 1 year and is non-transferable.
