Morning Tea - Chef’s choice of fresh scones served with jam & cream, homemade cakes or mini muffins
Lunch - Chef’s daily menu served buffet style in the dining room. Two main buffet dishes inclusive of a vegetarian option, Chef’s selection of three gourmet salads, Australian cheese & sliced fruit platter or assorted cakes, chilled fruit juices and a selection of teas & coffee

Executive Package
Chilled fruit juices, sliced seasonal fruit, assorted cereals, assorted pastries, muffins and a range of toast served with jams, preserves and butter, selection of teas and coffee, and your choice of one of the following: - Scrambled eggs with honey smoked ham, sautéed mushrooms, spinach and tomato, Eggs Florentine served on toasted English muffin with sautéed mushrooms and grilled herb tomato or Poached eggs with braised spinach, tomato and smoked salmon

Continental Breakfast
Chilled fruit juices, sliced seasonal fruit, assorted cereals, filled croissants, assorted pastries, muffins and a range of toast and warm rolls served with jams, preserves and butter and a selection of teas and coffee
