Short Courses for Long Careers

Our short courses are usually 1 to 4 days long and designed to cover a specific area of content.  This allows you to choose exactly where you want to focus your learning and improve your knowledge, based on your current needs and plans.

Our People Management suite of courses covers a wide range of areas designed to help you be a better people manager. Courses to start with as a supervisor or team leader might include: The New Supervisor, Developing High Performance Teams, Effective People Managementor Coaching and Mentoring. 

Other courses of particular interest would be those in the Communication and Interpersonal Skills suite, particularly Effective Communication, Interpersonal Skills for Leaders, Dealing with Difficult People , Conflict Resolution or  Assertiveness Techniques, Another good course would be HR Fundamentals, a two day course covering the key responsibilities of human resources including legal obligations and industrial relations issues.
