Personal Effectiveness
The Personal Effectiveness section of the AIM
Management and Leadership Framework relates directly to individual performance.
A manager who successfully demonstrates personal effectiveness is able to manage themselves, their time, their priorities and stress levels while increasing their ability to think creatively, problem solve and make good business decisions. They also display excellent communication skills enabling them to easily network with others and, as a result, build lasting business relationships.
