Lead and Manage People

The Lead and Manage People section of the Framework relates to people management.

A manager who can successfully lead and manage people is a team player as much as they are a leader. By demonstrating effective management and people skills they are able to successfully lead and develop the capabilities of others by providing them with constructive feedback that motivates and inspires continuous development. A successful manager and leader also embraces and manages change, promotes innovation, sets goals and most importantly, has the ability to achieve them.
