If you lack confidence in your writing ability, suffer from mental blocks, or struggle to organise your thoughts it can make writing a chore. This course will help you to produce reader-oriented letters, memos, short reports and other everyday business documents with greater ease, confidence and effectiveness.


How will this benefit me?

This course will assist those who are new to writing business documents or who have experience and wish to fine tune their skills. Participants will review examples of their written work in this course and see how to make improvements. Using workplace examples you will learn:
• How to communicate effectively in writing
• How to plan and organise a written communication piece
• To use plain English
• Commonly confused words, grammar, punctuation and spelling
• Writing conventions
• How to use the appropriate style and tone

the writer. Participants in this course will develop skills and
techniques to produce concise, written communications that
have a logical flow and influence with authority. Better written
