How will this provide workplace advantages for me?

The People Management stream provides insights into topics such as:
• Team management
• Leadership
• Performance management
• Customer service

The Business stream focuses on providing skills around:
• Planning
• Finance
• Marketing
• Innovation
• Risk management

What are the requirements?

Completion of this qualification requires you to successfully complete the assessment tasks to demonstrate your ability to apply the eight areas of competency. The assessment method will vary according to the delivery option that you choose. You may be required to complete a series of individual unit assessments or, if you choose the intensive option you are required to complete a major work-based project which you will design in conjunction with your manager and the course facilitator. This is due for submission three months after attending the course. Please refer to the following pages for
delivery options.
