Course Overview

Workplace intergenerational involvement has never been as prominent as now.
Baby Boomers are staying at work longer, Gen Xers are becoming senior managers, and Gen Ys have more choice and diversity than at any other time in history. Each generation typically has very different needs, motivations, and communication styles.

Engaging and motivating such a diverse workforce has become a fundamental performance requirement for all managers. Today, managers will need to master a range of new management skills and will be expected to operate effectively in a highly dynamic environment.

This one day course will highlight upcoming trends in workforce demographics and explore the various mindsets and motivational triggers of each generation in the workplace.
