Course Overview

Many organisations continue to struggle with effective workplace communication and often underestimate its impact on organisational culture. Strong egos, internal bureaucracy and our own personal communication style are just some of the barriers which can impede the successful transfer of knowledge and information.

This course is designed to provide participants with greater self-awareness and equip them with the tools required to cut through the organisational and personal “Bull”. It will also challenge some of your personal beliefs and approaches to communication, and provide a very direct and no-nonsense communication framework.
