What are the requirements?

Normally, entry to a Graduate Diploma requires an undergraduate degree or Advanced Diploma.However, you may apply to AIM if you have at least five years relevant work experience as a manager.

Program Structure


To obtain a Graduate Diploma of Management, you must successfully complete the four core units plus three electives and the capstone unit.

Core Units - complete all
Managing Leading and Developing People(GCM101)
Managing Financial Resources (GDM201
Managing Operational Improvement (GDM203)
Developing and Implementing Strategy (GDM204)

PLUS Electives Units - select three select from the following:
Marketing for Managers (GDM205)
Human Resource Management (GDM206)
Applied Project Management (GDM207)
Contract Law for Managers (GDM208)
Leading Change (GDM211)
Managing for Innovation (GDM212)

PLUS Compulsory Capstone Unit
Applied Management Project (GCM213)
