What are the requirements?
The program involves five days of face-to-face training and three pieces of assessment. The five days of training are made up of the three-day Applied Project Management course, which is completed first, and the two-day Diploma of Project Management Workshop. The three pieces of assessment for the Diploma of Project Management include a 15-20 minute presentation, written short answer questions relating to the nine project management units of competency and a work-based project that can be completed within 12 weeks of attending the workshop.
