From fine dining to finger food

With an on-site, fully-equipped commercial kitchen, a team of dedicated food staff and an enviable reputation as leaders in the field of corporate catering, Management House can meet your every catering need whether it be a formal dinner or coffee and cake. Special dietary foods, tailored menus and seasonal dishes are also part of the service.

A selection of menu options are listed below:

Executive Day Package
On Arrival - A selection of premium teas & espresso coffee.
Morning Tea -A selection of premium teas & espresso coffee and chef’s choice of assorted slices, mini gourmet tarts & petit fours.
Lunch - Chef’s daily buffet menu served in the dining room comprising of two main dishes inclusive of a vegetarian option, chef’s selection of gourmet salads, Australian & International cheeses served with crackers & dried fruit, sliced fruit platter, chilled fruit juices and a selection of premium teas & coffee.
Afternoon Tea - A selection of premium teas & espresso coffee and assorted gourmet biscuits. Tea & coffee are available all day from our fully-equipped kitchenettes.

Delegate Day Package
On Arrival - A selection of premium teas & espresso coffee.
Morning Tea - A selection of premium teas & espresso coffee and chef’s choice of assorted slices, mini gourmet tarts & petit fours.
Lunch - A selection of gourmet sandwiches with vegetarian & meat fillings, Australian & International cheeses served with crackers & dried fruit, sliced fruit platter, chilled fruit juices and a selection of premium teas & coffee.
Afternoon Tea - A selection of premium teas & espresso coffee and assorted gourmet biscuits. Tea & coffee are available all day from our fully-equipped kitchenettes.

Executive Breakfast
Chilled fruit juices, House toasted muesli, Honey & vanilla yogurt, Fresh fruit platter, Danish pastries and Pane au chocolate, Freshly baked mini croissants served with assorted Dural Park jams, a selection of premium teas & coffee and your choice of the following: Scrambled eggs with grilled mushroom, bacon, spinach, and roasted trussed cherry tomatoes served with a smoked paprika hollandaise or Scrambled eggs with potato and spring onion hash brown, bacon,roasted cherry tomatoes, and avocado with a basil pesto hollandaise.
Sweet options: Grilled banana bread with a mixed berry compote and cream, Blueberry pancakes with caramelised banana and fresh strawberries or Cinnamon french toast with mango, passionfruit, and mint salsa and cream.

Continental Breakfast
Chilled fruit juices, House toasted muesli, Honey & vanilla yogurt, Fresh fruit platter, Danish pastries and Pane au chocolate, Freshly baked mini croissants served with assorted Dural Park jams and a selection of premium teas & coffee.

Cocktail Parties
Whether you require a cocktail party for half an hour or a number of hours, we have a full range of hot and cold finger food or canapés selections and beverage packages to suit.
