AIM Bendigo has a mission statement that is 'to promote the highest standards of management practice to stakeholders in the Bendigo Region'.

Service to members is the core business of AIM Bendigo and this includes:

• Facilitating networking for members
• Highly successful breakfast seminars which combine to provide an ongoing professional development program.
• Identifying appropriate contemporary seminar topics
• Surveying stakeholders to establish needs and expectations

The executive committee is committed to:

• Presenting a thoroughly professional image to the business community
• Offering attractive and valuable services to local members by providing an effective liaison point for members with AIM
• Victorian office and providing new management ideas to the community
• Increasing the membership base in our region
• Providing opportunities for corporate and individuals to sponsor AIM Bendigo activities to promote their organisations.
