As Australian organisations build on profits and performance post the GFC, employee engagement is emerging as a key performance driver. Faced with the reality of Australia's ageing workforce and the enduring strength of the national economy, organisations know that future growth is linked to their ability to attract, develop and retain skilled employees. In this environment, what are companies doing to win the 'war for talent' and what expectations do employees have?
The Australian Institute of Management Victoria & Tasmania (AIM VT) in this survey questionnaire is asking managers to select the key factors they think are impacting on employee engagement today.
