This event will help you think elegantly and simply towards a better future; for yourself, your organisation, and for your clients. Not only will you become more creative and innovative, you will come to appreciate critical relationship between creative thinking and simplicity.
Too many people believe that creativity is a special talent to do with artistic expression. Creative thinking is quite different and is a skill that everyone can learn as a supplement to their usual judgemental thinking - this is what is known as 'lateral thinking.' These methods are now widely used around the world: from top economic meetings in Washington to the Highlands of Papua New Guinea (Six Hats).
Creativity is not only for the design of new products. A major use is for the simplification of procedures and organisations. This means a saving in time, money and stress. This applies as much to public service organisations as to commercial ones.
Creative thinking is also necessary to improve the delivery of 'values.' The value scan of the Dr de Bono’s most recent top seller 'The Six Value Medals' makes it much easier to look at values and to design value improvement.
Join Dr. Edward de Bono on Tuesday 8th May and be stimulated, provoked, challenged and tested. Most importantly of all, by the end of the day you will view your world quite differently.
