Your Facilitator - Rachael Pickworth

Rachael Pickworth is gifted in the art of helping others to recognise and create their true potential. Since 2001 Rachael has worked with countless numbers of people to improve their professional and personal lives and create outstanding results. She has delivered training and presentations to thousands of people both within organisations and publicly, in addition to coaching private clients and executives. Rachael has worked with staff and teams from City of Kingston, City of Stonnington, L’Oreal Professionel, Quix Foodstores, Bayer Crop Science, Sensis, 3M, Link Recruitment, MFB, Crabtree & Evelyn, Orica and many more.

Rachael is a director of Performance Toolkit, which supports leaders to get the best out of themselves and their people. She has been a finalist in the Telstra Small Business Awards, a recipient of Business Bulletin's Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and has been a member of the Australian Businesswomen's Network's Board of Advisors.
