Leading OHS in an organisation is not an easy role. Apart from the technical
expertise, you also need leadership skills to influence across the whole
organisation from those at the ‘coal face’ to senior management.
It involves managing the implementation of change and the ability to
communicate effectively. This intensive program will develop your capabilities
to lead a systematic approach to managing OHS.
