This program focuses on how to recruit, select and induct quality staff, and will cover areas key tosuccessful administration of recruitment projects.

Participants will create a solid platform on which to build their own
recruitment, selection and staff induction strategies, and engage in related
planning and administration activities aimed at developing practical skills.
