that can allow you to get your point across and be listened
to, understood and accepted.

Assertiveness allows you to achieve greater influence and control in social
and work situations and encourages a more positive sense of self.
In this program you will learn about assertiveness through practice, trial, error,
feedback, fun and interaction.
