This program creates the opportunity for an Executive Assistant
to spend some time selfevaluating, listening to the techniques
others use to handle challenges, discussing theory and its practical
applications, and planning future improvements and effectiveness.
Participants will be asked to report to their manager on learning outcomes and
complete a practical workplace project in the period between part one and
part two. The outcomes from these individual projects form a significant part of
the course.

Two consecutive days, then one day a month later (three days)

Executive, personal and professional assistants and those in roles where you
must lead and manage without necessarily carrying the title of manager.
