the project imperatives of time, quality and cost.
You will also experience the less tangible aspects of project management such
as influencing stakeholders, negotiating to achieve outcomes and aligning the
project to the strategic imperatives of the business. You will develop workable
and practical skills and solutions that are readily implemented when you
return to work.
