This program will focus on what keeps you motivated, your personal
responsibility and accountability. It will provide you with powerful techniques
into understanding how your leadership style affects yourself and others.
By using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator™, participants will build a greater
understanding of their own work, relationships and communication styles,
with the opportunity to build areas that are not natural strengths.
Duration
One day a week for three weeks
Pre-work
Before the start of this course participants will be asked to complete a Myers
Briggs diagnostic assessment online with results discussed during the
program.
