There is now solid evidence to support the idea that leaders
with high levels of Emotional Intelligence (EI) achieve better
performance outcomes in the workplace.
This program applies an Australian framework of EI to leadership capability
and will demonstrate how the EI competencies can be applied in all facets
of leadership with the emphasis on producing better performance outcomes.
You will gain the necessary skills and knowledge to build positive workplace
relationships, negotiate and influence more effectively and motivate others to
perform.
Duration
Two consecutive days
Pre-work
Before the beginning of the program, participants will be asked to complete an
online individual Genos EI assessment and will receive a personal confidential
report during the course.
