LinC - Leadership in Change 2012

The LinC workshop is based on experiential learning techniques
and incorporates our highly interactive leadership simulation.

The living, breathing simulated case study follows the life of a
new leader as they take on a new corporate leadership role.

Participants will explore strategic intent and critical leadership issues such
as core competency, corporate culture, the challenge of change while
learning how to develop a strategic leadership framework to realise corporate
objectives.

The LinC workshop explores three dimensions of leadership that are critical to
any organisation. These are: Personal Effectiveness, Manage and Lead People
and Manage the Business.

Two consecutive days

Pre-work
On booking this course you will be sent a personal leadership feedback
profiling tool to complete prior to start of the program.

Managers who want to develop their skills in the business result areas of
business strategy, employee effectiveness and operations.

Content
• Discuss change and organisational impacts
• Develop skills to lead effective teams while managing change
• Explore organisational direction and build a strategic people plan
• Use effective communication and change management road maps
• Examine the consequences of decisions that affect leadership and change
behaviour
• Use leadership tools to aid personal development
