Supervising a team is about taking the initiative,
demonstrating leadership, implementing the operational
plan and promoting your team’s effectiveness.
This interactive and practical program will facilitate your transition from team
member to supervisor - responsible for managing yourself and the work and
performance of others. You will have the opportunity to network and share
experiences with peers going through similar experiences and challenges.

Two consecutive days plus one day a week later (three days)

Newly appointed team leaders or supervisors; people from technical
backgrounds, who have been newly promoted to a supervisory position.
