In this program, managers and project team leaders will learn the critical
processes required to plan, implement and review complex projects.

Using a supporting case study you will develop a project charter, project
management plan and subsidiary project plans.
This program is a broad and deep exploration of the project management
body of knowledge. It will also explore the project life cycle, including preand
post-project activities such as business context analysis and benefits
realisation.

Two consecutive days plus one day a week later (three days)
