Influencing Skills 2012

In today’s organisations, most of us are required to work collaboratively
with others in order to achieve goals. We are often faced with the
challenge of achieving outcomes without necessarily having the authority
or positional power over resources to drive outcomes and create change.

Participants of this program will develop and practise a range of behaviours
and strategies needed to influence effectively in a variety of situations.

Duration
Two consecutive days

Pre-work
You will be asked to complete the online Hermann Brain Dominance Indicator
