Community Y – AIM’s new network for young professionals

AIM has helped managers become leaders for more than 70 years and we are now proud to introduce a new series of events to help tomorrow’s leaders excel.

Community Y is a new series of events targeted specifically at professionals and recent graduates under the age of 30. The Community gives the next generation of business leaders the opportunity to network, share their experiences and learn from some of Australia’s most inspiring young leaders.

Our young speakers come from a range of industries, but all have two things in common: they have done something remarkable with their careers, and they are willing to share their experience.
