AIM's quality catering services is renowned and available to businesses using our facilities. We are proud to offer a range of delicious options and can of course also work with you to create a package that suits your specific requirements.

Conference Packages

AIM offers a choice of two conference packages. Our Executive Day Package includes morning tea, our daily, two-course buffet and afternoon tea. Our Delegate Day Package includes morning and afternoon tea, together with a selection of gourmet sandwiches for lunch.

Morning / Afternoon Tea Packages

Our morning and afternoon tea packages include a selection of premium teas and espresso coffee as well as our chef's choice of assorted slices, mini gourmet tarts and petit fours.

Breakfast Packages

Our Executive or Continental breakfast packages offer a variety of tasty ways to start the day.

Lunch Packages

AIM's buffet lunch is renowned by our participants and available to clients hiring our facilities. In addition to this, we also offer a range of gourmet sandwiches.

Cocktail Parties

We offer delicious canapés, a huge selection of finger food and assorted beer, wine and soft drinks to make your cocktail party experience a memorable one.
